Welcome to The Ghost Map!

 

This site is focused on the use of observational research techniques used by research conducted by the CDC. This unique style of analytics, known as Epidemiology, will allow dynasty owners a unique view of fantasy football with the tools used by infectious disease investigators. In Epidemiology, we believe that disease does not occur at random. I believe this mentality can also be brought to the world of fantasy football. As I look to bridge the gap of untested assumptions, I also hope to provide numeric outlooks (risk and association) for many problems and debates concerning dynasty.

 

For those that might not know, the Ghost Map was first used by John Snow (the father of epidemiology) to show that outcomes (Cholera) do not happen by chance. With a name that means an incredible amount to my profession, I also aim for The Dynasty Ghost Map to someday be revered for its work towards bringing clarity on complex questions surrounding the dynasty fantasy football community. It is my sincere desire that the information you find here will lead you to make better decisions for your team and to further the growing field of football analytics.
